6 pounds lighter

Had weigh in this morning and this month I lost 6 pounds. I didn't reach my 10pound mark but I guess this is better then nothing. . . right?!

As of today I am 38pounds lighter then I was 3months ago. I am very proud of myself for doing this even though I needed a little help from my dr.

My goal for this month is 8pounds. Let's see if I can do it!


and I am wearing my new jeans and I love them! My first pair of non maternity pants. It feels crazy since I have been wearing maternity ones for soooooo long!




and I want to thank everyone for all of the wonderful complements and words of encouragement. it really means a lot to me for you all to notice how hard I've been working on improving myself. So again, thank you!

  1. Skinny minny!!!! I'm jealous! In the three weeks after my accident I've GAINED 10 pounds, not lost 8 like you :) I have to start moving again, I'm going CRAZY!!!

  2. girl you got hit by a car but I hope you are able to move around soon! I would be pulling my hair out and I know once you start moving around more you will lose that 10 pounds!

  4. I jog 5-7 times a week sometimes twice a day, do push ups, jumping jacks and weights when I'm just sitting around the house and drinking lots of water.
    i eat a lot of chicken and fresh veggies. and staying away from salt and sodium as much as I can.
    no soda's and no fried food.
