Easier said then done.
One day I was watching Dr Phil (I never watch him) and it was about people who have lost 50+ pounds. He talked about the 7 keys to weight loss.

5. High-Response Cost, High-Yield Nutrition
6. Intentional Exercise
7. Your Circle of Support
My problem is #1. When I was watching the show I thought those people were crazy. They went from 200pds to 130 pounds and still thought they were disgusting but now I understand what they mean.
Positive thoughts. Positive thoughts!
I have lost 38 pounds (That is like T and B together right now) but when I look at myself I still see someone huge!
So I am finally going to buy my first pair of regular jeans, I still wear my maternity ones simply because I'm too afraid to face the fact that I won't be buying my size 4 like I was before Tristen.
